Evaluation netlist
A netlist is built for one device and one toolchain version. Give the vendor, the device family or part number, and the toolchain with its version when you request it. A netlist built for one device will not load in another.

Source licence
The source licence covers the VHDL source and its self-checking testbenches. The code uses no vendor primitives, so it builds in any supported toolchain without change.
